Key Responsibilities:
A. Customer Engagement &amp; Feedback

<li>Meet and interact with customers to understand their concerns, needs, and expectations</li>
<li>Conduct surveys, interviews, and feedback collection exercises</li>
<li>Document and analyze customer pain points across different touchpoints</li>
</ol>
B. Problem Identification &amp; Resolution
<ol>
<li>Identify issues related to marketing, promotions, business operations, and financial services</li>
<li>Work with internal teams to propose and follow up on solutions</li>
<li>Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner</li>
</ol>
C. Business Improvement Initiatives
<ol>
<li>Support in identifying areas for process and service improvements</li>
<li>Provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback</li>
<li>Track and report trends in customer satisfaction and business performance</li>
</ol>
D. Programs, Webinars &amp; Events
<ol>
<li>Assist in planning and organizing webinars, seminars, and customer engagement programs</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for event execution</li>
<li>Help prepare presentation materials, reports, and communication content</li>
</ol>
E. Reporting &amp; Analysis
<ol>
<li>Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback</li>
<li>Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review</li>
<li>Support data-driven decision-making processes</li>
