Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

A. Customer Engagement & Feedback

  1. Meet and interact with customers to understand their concerns, needs, and expectations
  2. Conduct surveys, interviews, and feedback collection exercises
  3. Document and analyze customer pain points across different touchpoints

B. Problem Identification & Resolution

  1. Identify issues related to marketing, promotions, business operations, and financial services
  2. Work with internal teams to propose and follow up on solutions
  3. Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

C. Business Improvement Initiatives

  1. Support in identifying areas for process and service improvements
  2. Provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback
  3. Track and report trends in customer satisfaction and business performance

D. Programs, Webinars & Events

  1. Assist in planning and organizing webinars, seminars, and customer engagement programs
  2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for event execution
  3. Help prepare presentation materials, reports, and communication content

E. Reporting & Analysis

  1. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
  2. Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review
  3. Support data-driven decision-making processes


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Comfortable interacting with customers and stakeholders
  4. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint
  6. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in surveys, customer service, or event coordination is an added advantage
  2. Basic understanding of financial services or fintech is a plus
