Mission

The Operations &amp; Customer role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering effective support to customers. The role works closely with internal teams to handle customer needs, coordinate resources, resolve issues, and improve operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

<li>Provide professional and timely support to clients via live chat and email.</li>
<li>Respond to client inquiries regarding products, platforms and account-related matters.</li>
<li>Address and resolve customer complaints, feedback, and service issues efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service issues.</li>
<li>Process client deposits and withdrawals.</li>
<li>Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification</li>
<li>Maintain and update client account records</li>
<li>Support internal documentation and requirements ensuring all records comply with company standards.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and translation of customer announcement notices and operational communications</li>
