Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support the

Project Management team in managing IT-related projects. The intern will assist in planning,

tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and performing basic project analytics to

ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and managing IT projects from initiation to closure
2. Support the development and maintenance of project timelines, schedules, and work plans
3. Track project progress and perform regular project follow-ups with internal teams and stakeholders
4. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports
5. Assist in project data analysis, including timelines, milestones, risks, and performance metrics
6. Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for project reviews
7. Identify potential project risks and issues and escalate them to the Project Manager
8. Support coordination between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
9. Ensure projects adhere to internal processes and documentation standards
