Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support the
Project Management team in managing IT-related projects. The intern will assist in planning,
tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and performing basic project analytics to
ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in planning and managing IT projects from initiation to closure</li>
<li>Support the development and maintenance of project timelines, schedules, and work plans</li>
<li>Track project progress and perform regular project follow-ups with internal teams and stakeholders</li>
<li>Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports</li>
<li>Assist in project data analysis, including timelines, milestones, risks, and performance metrics</li>
<li>Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for project reviews</li>
<li>Identify potential project risks and issues and escalate them to the Project Manager</li>
<li>Support coordination between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure projects adhere to internal processes and documentation standards</li>
</ol>
