Job Description
- Assist in data entry of sales, purchases, and expenses
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Help reconcile bank statements and daily cash flow reports
- Support the month-end closing process
- Communicate with suppliers or banks for invoice/payment follow-ups
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Ability to handle confidential information
