<li>Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Provide support in organizing and maintaining office files and records.</li>
<li>Help with data entry, documentation, and report generation.</li>
<li>Facilitate communication within the office and with external parties (e.g., answering phones, responding to emails).</li>
<li>Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.</li>
<li>Support the preparation of presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.</li>
<li>Learn and utilize office management software and technologies.</li>
<li>Contribute to maintaining office supplies and ensuring a smooth workflow.</li>
</ul>
