Are you an artistic bear looking for a space to express your creativity? Are you confident in leading a team of creative bears to bring your imagination into reality?

Bike Bear is looking for a lead bear who can take charge of a team of creatives. In your capacity as an Art Director, you will determine which designer elements to use; articulate the vision to the team, review and approve copy, designs, social media campaigns and timelines, and determine how best to represent the Creative Director’s concept.

You need to be highly skilled in Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator. After Effects and 3D animation is a bonus.

There is no such thing as cookie-cutter work as you will be constantly pushed beyond the boundaries of your creativity.

This highly talented bear will manage and coordinate all projects for the company while working closely with internal and external resources and managing all projects, overseeing from ideation to final delivery.

Work on a wider range of items from Web design, Social Media, Branding and Campaigns.
To conceptualize and create visuals that excite, explain, and entertain across social media, website and beyond.
Min. 4 years experience in creative/design industry.
Work closely together with all internal teams to conceptualize and develop
Capacity to imagine, capture and express a brand’s essence/infographic design/brand story through unique design and styling
To participate in project creative discussion and proposal and come up with actionable steps to achieve the project brief
An energetic, self-motivated and detail-oriented person
Ideate and lead the team towards digital objectives
Manage the Creative team by guiding and motivating them with thought, ideas, and recommendations

Job Requirements

Photoshop, Illustrator & Adobe XD is a must
A plus if you are skilled in AE, 3D skill & photoshoot skills
Can think and design in 2D as well as 3D
Time management proficiency. Reliably meet deadlines. Understanding where the rabbit holes are and avoiding going down them
Must be a skilled communicator, capable of collaborating effectively with clients and team members
