Job Description

• Prepare and evaluate financial statements, reports, and projections.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger activities, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, strategic planning, and financial modeling tasks.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles, tax laws, and internal procedures.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external parties as necessary.
• Spot opportunities for cost savings and efficiency enhancements.
• Facilitate financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory submissions.
• Keep precise financial records and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Holds a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledgeable in accounting software, specifically AutoCount.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required. 
• Capable of collaborating within a team and demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
