Job Description

Creative and enthusiastic Content Intern role to gain hands-on experience in digital content creation and social media marketing, supporting the team in producing visual and short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels) and participating across the full content creation process from brainstorming to publishing, including experimentation with AI tools.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging visual and digital content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Design graphics and creative materials for various platforms.
• Support video shooting, editing, and content production activities.
• Edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media channels.
• Explore and utilize AI tools to support content creation and improve efficiency.
• Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to content planning.
• Stay updated with content trends and social media best practices.
• Positive attitude, proactive and willingness to learn.
• Open-minded towards AI-generated content.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Passionate about content creation, social media, and digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
• Familiar with short-form content formats such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new skills.
• Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-minded and willing to explore AI tools and AI-generated content.
• Prior experience with content creation, video editing, or graphic design is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
• Understanding of current social media and content trends.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting, lighting, and composition.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop fresh content ideas.
• Interest in exploring AI-powered content creation tools.
• Good attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team.
