The Role

We are looking for a Finance Intern to support our growing hospitality operations. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration who want practical, hands-on exposure to real business finance—not just textbook theory.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in processing payments and preparing supporting documents for CFO/CEO approval
• Track and record company expenses, vendor payments, and staff claims
• Maintain and organize financial documentation (invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, bank statements)
• Assist with bank reconciliation and data entry into internal finance sheets
• Follow up with vendors for invoices and payment confirmations
• Help monitor cash flow sheets and operating cost reports
• Support month-end closing tasks and other finance or administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or fresh graduates in Finance / Accounting / Business Admin or similar fields
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables are a big advantage)
• Attention to detail — highly meticulous, organized, and comfortable with numbers
• Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and open to guidance in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle confidential financial information with professionalism

Requirements

• Able to commit to a full-time internship (minimum 3 months preferred)
• Based in Klang Valley & able to work on-site at KLCC office
• High professionalism and respect for confidentiality
