Our Culture

Enable the smooth operation and growth of the Malaysia &amp; Singapore chapter of SAMA by managing administrative, operational and member-coordination functions; support the execution of chapter programmes, events and partnerships; act as a key liaison between the regional alliance and the local market.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ol>
<li>Manage membership database: onboarding new members, maintaining records, coordinating renewals and communications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate, plan and assist in the execution of chapter events (meet-ups, panels, workshops, member forums) in Malaysia and Singapore.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the Chapter Lead: scheduling meetings, preparing presentation decks or reports, managing correspondence.</li>
<li>Liaise with member agencies, partners and sponsors to support programme delivery and chapter initiatives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor chapter KPIs (e.g. membership growth, event attendance, satisfaction) and prepare regular status updates.</li>
</ol>
