Job Description

  • Handle daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Manage documents, data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate internal schedules, meetings and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing reports, quotations, invoices, and simple accounting records.
  • Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams when needed.
  • Support HR-related admin work (e.g. Attendance, leave tracking, onboarding support & etc).
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Drive & etc).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Good time management and ability to multitask.
  • Basic communication skills (English & Mandarin is preferred)
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions well.
  • Must be familiar with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI, Automation tools) to improve productivity.
