<li><strong>Event Coordination</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the execution of in-store marketing events by coordinating activation flows and ensuring smooth operations.</li>
<li>Communicate with key-stake holder. Manage manpower arrangements for events, including scheduling and on-site support.</li>
<li>Source, liaise, and coordinate with third-party vendors, including food &amp; beverage suppliers, any activation &amp; workshop vendors.</li>
<li>Handle quotations, documentation, and payment terms for vendor arrangements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2. Marketing Communication</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Propose marketing communication plans with all on going sales &amp; promotion including WhatsApp Copies to Retail Associate.</li>
<li>Sharing assets to Retail Associate &amp; monitor Retail Associate posting for Social Media.</li>
<li>Liaise with creative department to ensure timely delivery of required assets.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Sales Mechanism &amp; Activation Proposal</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Propose sales mechanism and engage in-store activation concepts.</li>
<li>Collaborate with retail and marketing communication team to refine ideas.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>4. Mall Marketing Coordination</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as main contact for mall marketing team to communicate ongoing sales and promotions.</li>
<li>Leverage mall platforms to amplify campaign visibility and reach.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze and segment CRM data based on demographics to tailor communication plans.</li>
<li>Coordinate the development and execution of communication strategies targeting specific customer segments.</li>
<li>Conduct sales analysis to identify top spenders.</li>
<li>Manage gifting arrangements for top spenders, ensuring personalized and meaningful interactions.</li>
</ul>
