As a Quality Assurance Software Engineer, you’ll take on a dynamic role that make a meaningful impact on both product excellence and customer satisfaction. You’ll ensure product quality through testing and issue resolution while supporting clients by troubleshooting, providing guidance, and fostering relationships.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Participate and take ownership in gathering requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure the product corresponds to the gathered requirements and specifications before it is released.</li>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain test cases on mobile, web, and desktop applications.</li>
<li>Ensure defects found during the execution of test cases are logged, tracked, and resolved.</li>
<li>Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the development team to resolve them promptly.</li>
<li>Proactively monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and drive retention.</li>
<li>Document and track customer interactions and feedback to contribute to product improvements and enhancements.</li>
<li>Advocate for customers internally, providing insights and feedback to cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products and services.</li>
<li>Assist in creating customer support documentation and knowledge base articles.</li>
