<li>Able to handle full sets accounts, prepare monthly closing and financial reports independently under minimum supervision.</li>
<li>Continuous enhancement of internal controls, process and system improvements.</li>
<li>Ensure accounting records and systems complies with the company's policies, approved accounting standards, related statutory / tax requirements.</li>
<li>In charge of annual audit for the company.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and all related governmental agencies</li>
<li>Manage various aspect of month end closing activities, including ensure proper cut-off and timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.</li>
<li>Monitoring Cash flow of the Company.</li>
<li>Prepare payment vouchers / journal vouchers / bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Responsible for credit control.</li>
<li>To assist / handle any ad-hoc assignment as required by the management.</li>
<li>Any other ad hoc assignments.</li>
<li>Reporting directly to the director</li>
