Job Description

• Able to handle full sets accounts, prepare monthly closing and financial reports independently under minimum supervision.
• Continuous enhancement of internal controls, process and system improvements.
• Ensure accounting records and systems complies with the company's policies, approved accounting standards, related statutory / tax requirements.
• In charge of annual audit for the company.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and all related governmental agencies
• Manage various aspect of month end closing activities, including ensure proper cut-off and timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Monitoring Cash flow of the Company.
• Prepare payment vouchers / journal vouchers / bank reconciliations.
• Responsible for credit control.
• To assist / handle any ad-hoc assignment as required by the management.
• Any other ad hoc assignments.
• Reporting directly to the director

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related field.
• Required skill: Hands-on with Autocount accounting software, good Microsoft application knowledge (Microsoft excel & word).
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Construction field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Construction accounts or equivalent.
• Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
