Job Description

1. 负责公司业务数据的收集、清洗、分析与可视化，挖掘数据背后的业务逻辑，为公司业务决策提供精准、可靠的数据支持。
2. 协助各业务部门进行数据驱动的策略制定与优化，配合部门落地数据应用方案，提升业务运营效果。
3. 搭建贴合业务需求的数据分析模型，深度挖掘数据价值，优化业务流程，提升整体运营效率。
4. 编写清晰、专业的数据分析报告，直观呈现分析结果、数据洞察，并结合业务场景提出切实可行的改进建议。

1. Be responsible for the collection, cleaning, analysis and visualization of the company's business data, explore the business logic behind the data, and provide accurate and reliable data support for the company's business decisions.
2. Assist various business departments in formulating and optimizing data-driven strategies, cooperate with departments to implement data application plans, and improve business operation results.
3. Build data analysis models that meet business needs, deeply explore data value, optimize business processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.
4. Write clear and professional data analysis reports, intuitively present analysis results and data insights, and put forward practical improvement suggestions combined with business scenarios.

Job Requirements

1. 本科学历，自动化、计算机、电子类、数学、人工智能等相关专业优先考虑；精通中文（普通话），可熟练使用中文开展工作沟通、撰写分析报告，英语可作为工作语言。
2. 对数据敏感，具备良好的逻辑思维能力和问题分析、解决能力，能快速捕捉数据异常并挖掘背后原因。
3. 熟悉SQL、Excel、Python等常用数据分析工具，能熟练运用工具完成数据处理、分析及可视化工作。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识，工作认真负责、严谨细致，能高效完成既定工作任务。
5. 有相关数据分析实操经验者优先，具备良好的学习能力，能快速适配业务需求并提升自身技能。
   

1. Bachelor's degree, major in Automation, Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or related fields is preferred; Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin), able to communicate at work and write analysis reports smoothly in Chinese, and English can be used as the working language.
2. Sensitive to data, with good logical thinking ability and problem analysis and solving ability, able to quickly capture data abnormalities and explore the underlying reasons.
3. Familiar with common data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel and Python, able to skillfully use tools to complete data processing, analysis and visualization work.
4. Good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, serious and responsible at work, rigorous and meticulous, able to complete established work tasks efficiently.
5. Candidates with relevant practical experience in data analysis are preferred; possess good learning ability, able to quickly adapt to business needs and improve their own skills.
