You will play an important role, such as:
- Gather information about software and subscription entitlement usage by reaching out to customers.
- Obtain feedback on Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
- Track renewal status and encourage customer renewal.
- Respond and escalate customer inquiries and concerns to superior and ensure all inquiries are attended to.
- Manage CRM asset information to be up to date.
- Prepare and provide regular reports to respective teams (internal customers).
Job Requirements
Who are we looking for this role
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, customer service or a related field
- Well-spoken in English and Chinese
- Empathy and Problem-Solving skills
