Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through effective technical solution consulting.
• Understand customer manufacturing challenges and requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions that deliver clear business value.
• Develop and present technical proposals, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to support the sales process.
• Provide technical support and expertise throughout the sales cycle, acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Stay current with manufacturing technologies and solution developments, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a related role.
• Strong ability to identify customer requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
• Solid technical knowledge of manufacturing software solutions and related technologies (experience with SOLIDWORKS and SolidCAM is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required.
