We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in daily HR operations. This internship is specifically for students majoring in Human Resources or related HR-focused programs, who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and Human Resources databases.
• Assist with Human Resources documentation, filing, and administrative tasks.
• Other ad hoc activities in Human Resources Division

Job Requirements

 Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources / Human Resource Management only
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources principles and employment practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.
