About the Role
The Business Analyst Intern supports projects by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and assisting in solution implementation. Working with cross-functional teams, the role focuses on improving efficiency and bridging business needs with technical solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Work with IT and other departments to test and validate new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Oversee loan applications and approval processes, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Utilize AI automation in maintaining and updating sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
• Assist in writing credit papers when required, ensuring they are accurate and adhere to company standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts. 

Job Requirements

 Key Qualifications and Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin. 
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with CRM systems would be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
