<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>The Sales Support Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our sales teams, ensuring smooth operations, and providing top-notch client service. While prior experience in sales administration would be advantageous, fresh graduates who are keen to learn, and grow are encouraged to apply.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will be expected to:</p>

<li>Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in daily operations, ensuring they have all the necessary tools and information to excel.</li>
<li>Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage sales-related documents, including quotations, invoices,  proposals, and contracts.</li>
<li>Credit Paper Creation: Assist in writing credit papers when required, ensuring they are accurate and adhere to company standards.</li>
<li>Client Relations: Handle client inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.</li>
<li>Data Management: Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.</li>
<li>Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and custom reports as required by the management.</li>
<li>Training: Familiarize yourself with company products and services to provide accurate information to both the sales team and clients.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.</li>
</ul>
