-接通电话解决客户问题

-回复社交平台客户咨询(fb messenger,fb comment,xhs)
-发whatsapps reminder
-整理常见问题FAQ,提升服务效率
-开发票
4.内容支持与社群运营
-协助整理培训资料、PPT、课程回放,上传至学习平台
-协助短视频内容管理,整理视频文案、发布时间表、记录数据
-监测社群活跃度,组织线上互动
5.其他支持
-领导安排的其他临时任务
-支持市场或销售团队,如活动策划、数据整理等
