 About the Role

As a Data Analytics Intern, you will play a crucial role in a well-organized and efficient office environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including ensuring data integrity, perform data and compliance checking, and supporting various departments within the company. You will be expected to lead by example and ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare recurring reports on a scheduled basis for internal and external parties.
• Maintain and update accurate records and information of clients and facilities.
• Communicate with other members in the organisation and play a role in a cohesive and productive team.
• Perform compliance and conditions checking of finance documents.
• Gather, interpret, and analyse data from multiple sources, including operations, finance, and customer behaviour.
• Design dashboards and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools and techniques. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Credit Administration, Finance Documentation.
• Familiarity of analytical tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Familiarity with data visualisation software like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
• Rigorous attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
