About the Role

We are looking for a People Intern to join our team and support a wide range of People & Culture initiatives. In this role, you’ll contribute to research, data analysis, and the coordination of internal events and programmes that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. You’ll have the opportunity to explore various aspects of HR—from policy research and benchmarking to engagement activities and training logistics. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on HR trends, industry best practices, and labour laws to support policy development and process improvement.
• Assist in benchmarking compensation, benefits, and HR strategies against market standards to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Assist in coordinating and executing internal events, learning programmes, and engagement initiatives such as festive celebrations.
• Manage scheduling, calendar invites, venue booking, and logistics for training sessions.
• Analyze HR data and assist in creating reports and dashboards for better decision-making.
• Provide administrative and research support for ad hoc People projects.

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS, data visualization tools, or research methodologies is an advantage.
