About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting deal execution, client onboarding, preparing essential accounting paperwork and keeping our transaction record precise. You will work closely with the sales and business teams, helping to streamline operations and drive efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Daily Operations: Help keep our daily office work running smoothly. You'll carefully check documents before payments go out, making sure everything follows our company's rules (e.g. invoice, delivery order, purchase order, credit note, debit note, payment voucher). 
• Handling Document Issuance: Prepare documents like invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and agreements. You'll also help keep our transaction records accurate and up-to-date in our system.
• Sales Support: Provide support for the wider team as needed, which may include tasks like generating reports, maintaining vendor files, or assisting with meeting preparations.

Job Requirements

 Key Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
