We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Business Operations Executive (Junior) to support the General Manager in managing post-sales operations and business execution processes.
This role ensures smooth coordination from deal closure to payment collection, while maintaining proper documentation, reporting, and operational follow-through. It is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, supporting revenue teams, and working in a fast-paced business environment.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support end-to-end operational follow-up from deal closing to payment collection &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and related documentation &nbsp;</li>
<li>Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards using Excel (including formulas and Pivot Tables) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Record key discussion points during client meetings and live sessions &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with follow-ups and coordination with existing clients &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct basic business research and compile findings when required &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support business travel arrangements (hotel bookings, flight coordination, etc.) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all business transactions are properly documented, tracked, and closed &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide administrative and operational support to the GM as needed &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
