<p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>As an Intern in CapBay’s Tech Product Team, you will collaborate closely with our product management and technical teams, contributing to the development and implementation of our products and features.</p>

<p>In this role, you will be expected to:</p>

<li>Work collaboratively with users, the tech team, and business stakeholders to define and document comprehensive business requirements.</li>
<li>Facilitate the translation of business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment with technical considerations.</li>
<li>Support product and feature launches by overseeing user testing and validation.</li>
<li>Manage the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.</li>
<li>Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and perform competitive analysis to identify and propose strategic initiatives for enhancing the product and user experience.</li>
