About the Role:
As an Intern in CapBay’s Tech Product Team, you will collaborate closely with our product management and technical teams, contributing to the development and implementation of our products and features.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Work collaboratively with users, the tech team, and business stakeholders to define and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Facilitate the translation of business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment with technical considerations.
• Support product and feature launches by overseeing user testing and validation.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
• Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and perform competitive analysis to identify and propose strategic initiatives for enhancing the product and user experience.

Job Requirements

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Banking, Finance/Fintech, or a related field.
• Demonstrates a strong interest in technology and financial services.
• Exhibits excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Has strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Displays strong project management capabilities.
• Able to work independently and proactively.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design software is an added advantage.
• Minimum 6-months availability.
