Our Mission and Vision

<li>Assist the Head of Department in formulating, developing, executing overall strategies/plans for acquisition, development &amp; divestment of assets in Malaysia;</li><li>Initiate in sourcing, exploring and identifying suitable investment opportunities in real estate of various asset classes as mandated by the Board/Management;</li><li>Evaluate and structure real estate deals;</li><li>Model full life cycle financial analysis from acquisition through disposition;</li><li>Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies entailing cash-flow analysis and yield projections for acquisition;</li><li>Lead and conduct due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions, legal, technical and supporting the effort of originating and negotiation of debt financing;</li><li>Work closely with co-workers/external consultants to determine input for various discipline such as asset management, tax, finance, legal, technical, etc. required for the preparation of investment proposals;</li><li>Develop and manage external relationships with investment bankers and lawyers;</li><li>Prepare recommendation reports for proposed acquisitions and involved in investment due diligence;</li><li>Conduct market research, info collection, collation and analysis of property market performance and prepare market report for company annual reports, quarterly results reporting and internal management updates;</li><li>Evaluate and structure real estate deals and capital funding through unit issuance or debt funding via bank;</li><li>Involve in dealing with investment banks, investors and analyst during roadshows for fund/capital raising.</li><li>Carry out post acquisition analysis.</li><li>Perform any other duties, which may be assigned/directed by the line of report from time to time.</li>
