Job Description
Job Purpose and Impact
- Assist in regulatory label compliance for domestic and export market. Label content management including
- Database compilation for Compliance Specification (eg: the ingredient statement, allergen information, nutrition facts).
- Compilation of emerging regulatory contaminanst requirement mainly 3-MCPD , GE , PAH4, PHO related to TFA, MOAH & MOSH .
- Assist in gaps identification in Regulatory Compliance assessment.
- Assist in arrangement of sample for shelf life study programme.
Key Accountabilities

- Assists in projects such as :
- Label assessment – 30%
- Specification compliance assessment – 30%
- Emerging contaminants assessment - 30%
- Lab works & activities – 10%
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
- Food technologist & food science back ground.
- Strong analytically mindset; detail & focus; self-starter.
- Strong in excel & organization skill.
- 6-12 months duration of internship
- Willing to be based at Westport
