Our Values 

Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Junior Production and Kitchen Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves to cook or is eager to learn, and who also has some experience in office work. You’ll be supporting our kitchen operations with food preparation, cleanliness, and general kitchen tasks, as well as contributing to production efficiency. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth within a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

<li>Food Preparation</li>
<ul>
<li>Assist with basic prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables.</li>
<li>Wash and clean fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients as required.</li>
<li>Weigh and measure ingredients for recipes under the chefs' supervision.</li>
</ul>
<li>Production Backend Management</li>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for professionally managing and updating production backend systems, including data entry, inventory tracking, and production schedules. The role involves using a computer to input data accurately, and ensure the seamless operation of kitchen-related systems.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li>Stocking and Storing</li>
<ul>
<li>Assist with receiving, unpacking, and properly storing kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment.</li>
<li>Stock shelves, refrigerators, and storage more efficiently, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.</li>
</ul>
<li>Assisting Chefs and Kitchen Staff</li>
<ul>
<li>Support chefs during busy periods by fetching ingredients, utensils, and equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Transport supplies, ingredients, or kitchen equipment between different areas of the kitchen.</li>
</ul>
<li>Maintaining Kitchen Equipment</li>
<ul>
<li>Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, such as mixers, ovens, grills, and fryers.</li>
<li>Perform simple maintenance tasks, such as sharpening knives and ensuring equipment is in good working order.</li>
</ul>
<li>Assisting with Plating</li>
<ul>
<li>Help with plating dishes, arranging garnishes, and assembling simple meals like salads or sandwiches.</li>
<li>Assist with food portioning according to the chefs' direction.</li>
</ul>
<li>Health and Safety Compliance</li>
<ul>
<li>Follow hygiene and food safety protocols, including proper handwashing and food handling practices.</li>
<li>Adhere to kitchen safety standards to prevent accidents when handling hot equipment or sharp tools.</li>
</ul>
<li>General Kitchen Support</li>
<ul>
<li>Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager, such as running errands or setting up workstations.</li>
<li>Assist with unloading and storing deliveries promptly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Responsible for washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils by hand or using a dishwasher, maintaining cleanliness by mopping floors, wiping counters, cleaning equipment, and ensuring proper waste disposal and garbage management.</li>
