 Ingredient Preparation

• Wash, cut, peel, and prepare raw ingredients
   
• Assist in basic deboning tasks
   
• Portion ingredients according to recipe
   
• Maintain hygiene standards at all prep stations
   

Production Support

• Assist in mixing ingredients according to recipes
   
• Support packing team when required
   
• Product Packing according label weight
   
• Transport ingredients between kitchen & packing area
   

Hygiene & Cleaning

• Wash utensils and ensure kitchen cleanliness
   
• Clean equipment, tables, trays, and washing room
   
• Maintain tidy working environment at all times
   
• Follow HACCP hygiene SOP strictly
   

Operational Tasks

• Assist Production Supervisor in daily workflow
   
• Help track simple inventory (vegetables, proteins, packaging)
   
• Record basic data (template provided)
   
• Support ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth production
   

Job Requirements

•  Malaysian candidate only
• Responsible, consistent, and hardworking
• Able to follow hygiene SOP and clear instructions
• Good attitude, low drama, cooperative personality
• Physically fit (handling light lifting 5–10kg)
• Punctual and reliable
• Experience in F&B, kitchen, or production is a bonus (not required)
• Able to work in a clean, structured, quiet environment
