Experience in change management and cross-functional integration is essential.</li><li>Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics in Southeast Asia and ANZ. Ability to navigate cultural nuances and regulatory environments across the region.</li><li>Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels, across diverse geographies.</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
