The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.
Responsibilities
<ol>
<li>Manage the overall demand planning, SOP and KPI requirement for local and import ordering to ensure optimal stockholding &amp; timely replenishment to all distribution centers.</li>
<li>Monitoring and proposing changes to stock parameters considering MOQ and safety stock.</li>
<li>Manage promotional inventory requirements and seasonal changes to the inventory holdings.</li>
<li>Establish strong working relationship with Merchandising, Operation, Space and Range, Marketing and others dept.</li>
<li>Review and follow up with buyer, suppler and warehouse team on ordering and delivery window to warehouse.</li>
<li>Interact with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of stock to warehouse.</li>
<li>Maintain good working relationship with various freight forwarders.</li>
<li>Import Operations: Monitoring pipeline report, review &amp; revise forecast with Buyer, follow up with forwarding agent on incoming shipment and custom related issue.</li>
<li>Develop &amp; achieve supply chain strategies + KPIs and participate on SCM monthly performance review with management.</li>
<li>To coach, mentor, motivate and develop the supply chain team members.</li>
</ol>
