<p><strong>Position Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>Strategic Supply Chain Management</strong></p>

<li>Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives.</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain agility and efficiency</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Logistics &amp; Distribution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including 3PL and freight management across the region.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with the international freight to obtain the best freight to fix across the regional</li>
<li>Optimize distribution network to ensure timely delivery and minimal product loss (especially perishable goods).</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with international and local transport regulations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Warehousing &amp; Inventory Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage regional warehousing operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and dispatch.</li>
<li>Assists the new market to source and identified the warehouse which fit to the needs</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory records and implement best practices in inventory control.</li>
<li>Ensure warehouse adherence to hygiene, food safety, and temperature control standards.</li>
<li>Overall monitor the regional warehouse KPI and also monitor the inventory level for each business units</li>
<li>Establish the dashboard to monitor the whole region KPI</li>
<li>Ensure all supply chain activities comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FDA, local regulations).</li>
<li>Collaborate with QA/QC to uphold product integrity from sourcing to final delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cost &amp; Data Analysis</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Tracking inventory levels, predicting demand, and optimizing stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Analyzing order patterns, identifying fulfillment issues, and optimizing the order processing flow.</li>
<li>Optimizing warehouse operations, streamlining picking and packing processes, and minimizing fulfillment times.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Analyzing transportation costs, optimizing routes, and tracking shipments in real-time.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technology &amp; Continuous </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Utilize ERP and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to improve visibility and decision-making.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.</li>
<li>Report and act on key performance indicators (KPIs): OTIF, cost per unit, service levels, etc.</li>

<li>Communicates with internal stakeholders, including operations and finance, to align sourcing and procuring activities with business needs.&nbsp;</li>
