<p>The Senior Supply Chain &amp; Operations Executive will oversee stock transfers, manage logistics and order fulfillment processes, and handle related administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics operations, order management, and supply chain principles. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p>

<p><strong>"What will you do?"</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage inbound and outbound logistics involving suppliers, delivery partners, and retailers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery and distribution.</li>
<li>Oversee the fulfillment of B2C and B2B orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.</li>
<li>Coordinate and oversee stock counts and stock transfers from the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.</li>
<li>Prepare and summarize monthly sales reports, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.</li>
<li>Handle invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.</li>
<li>Manage warranty claims processes, coordinating with relevant parties to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing events, such as points redemption fairs, to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
