Supporting nationwide sales teams through the administration and rollout of Distributor Management System (DMS) &amp; Sales Force Automation (SFA) system. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement mobile sales solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. Involved in key digital projects including B2B system implementation, image recognition solutions, and Power BI reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Focused on ensuring smooth system operations, effective user training, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities: 
<ins>DMS SFA System Administration</ins>
Assist Assistant Manager &amp; Manager of Sales System in:
<ul>
<li>Test, Rollout, and Administrate Mobility DMS SFA applications (but not limited to) to field force across the country</li>
<li>Development &amp; implementation of SFA modules for field sales force in line with business requirements. Responsible for facilitating end to end delivery of SFA solutions including planning, resourcing, requirements gathering, managing vendors, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout and user training.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth operations of DMS and SFA System with minimal downtime.</li>
<li>Create / maintain SOP for SFA Mobile devices.</li>
<li>Operate as a custodian of the SFA System and data in the system, maintaining correct DMS Master data/info.</li>
<li>Conduct various training sessions and/or provide materials for the field force to improve/adapt their capability and help improve their productivity using mobile digital tools.</li>
<li>Liaison and Coordinate with system vendors for module development, module enhancement, change management.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders- Management, Sales, Marketing, Channel Marketing, Legal, Finance, IIT and vendor to understand and deliver business requirements for DMS SFA systems</li>
</ul>
<ins>B2B Project</ins>
<ul>
<li>Assist and involve in B2B system on configuration and implementation work</li>
</ul>
<ins>Image Recognition project</ins>
<ul>
<li>Responsible in assisting Image Recognition solution (Global project) in Malaysia market.</li>
</ul>
<ins>PBI</ins>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining/developing Power BI reports based on System data source.</li>
</ul>
