Job Description

  • Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking and referrals.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • To be responsible to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of efficiency in B2B/B2C operations.
  • Record sales inventory movements and keep track of stock level.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and negotiate (e.g product features, term, pricing and contracts and after sales services,)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services, complaints, stocking and orders.
  • Coordinate with other sales personnel in the team and other related departments to provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
  • Understand customer’s needs/technical requirements and recommend correct products & services accordingly.
  • Prepare quotation, handle customers’ enquiries such as order status, delivery schedules, after sales follow up etc. promptly.
  • To monitor and ensure on-time payment collection.
  • Assist on account receivable (AR) issue and monitor newly secured customers’ outstanding payments.
  • To coordinate with sales coordinator to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Constantly identify the supply chain issues and propose improvement areas needed, and prepare weekly sales reports to superiors.
  • Cooperate with managers to meet sales target & reporting to Sales Manager.
  • Provide excellent coverage assigned sales territory and product lines.
  • Committed to working additional hours to ensure that the job is completed before the deadline.
  • To comply ISO9001, GDPMD and other professional certification requirements.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior and directors.

Job Requirements

  • Open only for Malaysian
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience with 2-3 years of B2B/B2C as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite especially in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin (for Chinese candidate)
  • Previous experience in the uniform, apparel, garment or textile industry or an outdoor sales related role are preferred
  • Salary RM3000 - RM3500
  • Travels within Malaysia and overseas
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Applicants must be willing to be based at KOTA KEMUNING / TELOK PANGLIMA GARANG, SELANGOR.
