As our Business Development Manager, you will drive growth, acquire new clients, and help businesses discover the power of our platforms. You’ll combine your sales expertise, market insights, and digital-tech know-how to expand our footprint across Malaysia.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CMS and mobile app platforms across Malaysia.
  • Acquire and manage clients through networking, outreach, field visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to drive adoption and long-term engagement.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.

Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that align with organizational goals.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with product, operations, compliance, support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Prepare proposals and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives to improve client experience and product adoption.

Business Strategy & Growth Planning

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to refine strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet sales and growth targets for CMS and mobile app offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years and above experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in CMS or mobile app sectors.
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms and mobile applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events.
