Job Description

• Find new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers to meet sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and work with the technical team to propose IT solutions, prepare quotes, and deliver presentations.
• Work closely with technical team to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and setup of IT products like servers for customer with efficient.
• Monitor project progress and handle invoicing and purchase orders according to company procedures.
• Matching the costs against the sales invoices.
• Post-sales follow-up and to deliver a positive customer’s service experience.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, forecast, and outstanding reports.
• Keep track of stock movements and help with regular stock checks.
• Provide administration support in terms of documentation, tenders, and filing.
• Monitoring the customer registration system.
• Stay up to date on industry developments and competitors.
• Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree in IT, Computer Science equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to spend extra time to learn, ability to cope with tight deadlines and adhere to the delivery plan.
• Willingness to travel within the region and possess own transport will be added advantage.
• Flexible to work extra hours when the needs arise.
