Job Position:
As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible for ensuring the achievement and continual growth of any channel’s sales and profit objectives to support Cloud HRMS and Accounting software.

Main Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Focus on B2B sales growth for Cloud HRMS Software and Accounting Software.</li>
<li>Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation/receive leads from sales admin team, prospecting, demo presentations, to client onboarding.</li>
<li>Provide presales technical and functional support to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Achieve monthly and yearly sales KPIs set by the company.</li>
<li>Research and identify new business opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit sales reports to management promptly.</li>
<li>Participate in the trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote Info-Tech Cloud HRMS Software and Accounting Software solutions.</li>
<li>Engage and influence new customers to use Info-Tech products.</li>
<li>Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.</li>
</ul>
