<p><strong>Exciting Opportunity Awaits!<br><br></strong>Join our vibrant People Analyst (PA) team as an Intern and embark on a thrilling journey. We lookout specifically in managing employee records, handling claims, and assisting with HR projects. You will play a key role in supporting our People &amp; Culture team in various administrative and operational functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. You will have the chance to contribute to our HR operations while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.<br></p>
<p><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assisting the Leave Management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date leave records for employees.</li>
<li>Helping process and track leave applications, ensuring compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Assisting Claim Management and processing employee claims, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement and helping to review and verify supporting documents for claims.</li>
<li>Helping to prepare and generate claim reports for payroll team review.</li>
<li>Supporting and assisting the HR team in executing various HR projects, including dashboard development and process improvement initiatives.</li>
