<p>We are looking for a <strong>Talent Acquisition Intern</strong> to be based in <strong>Mutiara Damansara</strong>. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support various recruitment activities that are crucial in identifying and bringing in top talent to drive our growth. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p>
<h3><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support sourcing efforts through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases with accuracy and confidentiality.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide timely updates on hiring progress.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in drafting or updating job descriptions and other hiring-related documentation.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience by assisting in communication and follow-ups.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.<br>&nbsp;</li>
