Job Description
Automation Development & Maintenance
- Build, maintain, and own n8n workflows across multiple the projects.
- Develop workflow templates and blocks that can be reused across projects.
- Map processes with external stakeholders and quantify automation impact.
- Document automation logic and create training materials for stakeholders.
- Continuously improve workflow efficiency and error handling.
Technical Infrastructure
- Manage integrations with relevant SaaS platforms (CRM, document management, compliance tools, etc.).
- Ensure API connections are reliable and properly monitored.
- Handle debugging and optimization of automation flows.
- Implement data validation and quality checks in workflows.
Client-Facing Technical Support
- Support project clients on automation setup and integration with their systems.
- Train startup teams on using the automation workflows.
- Document technical specifications and system architecture.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues.
Optimization & Innovation
- Monitor workflow performance metrics and identify bottlenecks through process mining.
- Identify automation opportunities and process improvements to reduce manual work.
- Stay current on n8n capabilities and adjacent tools (LLMs, Apify, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Advanced n8n workflow design and troubleshooting.
- API integration and data mapping.
- SQL and basic data transformation.
- Attention to detail and systematic problem-solving.
- Comfort with JSON, webhooks, and integration patterns.
