Trinity42 is seeking an Infrastructure &amp; AI Integration Executive to take full ownership of our technical ecosystem. This role is designed for a technical expert who can manage high-stakes infrastructure while simultaneously building the next generation of AI-driven agency workflows.
You will be the bridge between traditional IT stability and modern AI efficiency, ensuring our systems run without downtime while leading our digital transformation.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<h4>1. Client Infrastructure &amp; Technical Execution</h4>
<ul>
<li>Domain Management: Execute the full lifecycle of client domains—registration, renewals, and complex transfers between platforms.</li>
<li>DNS Authority: Implement and troubleshoot critical records (A, CNAME, MX, SPF, DKIM, TXT) to ensure website uptime and email deliverability.</li>
<li>Hosting &amp; Server Management: Manage GCP and cPanel environments, including hosting provisioning, SSL activation, server IP identification, and technical migrations.</li>
<li>Web Support: Provide technical support for custom web development requests and troubleshoot website builder platform problems.</li>
<li>Client Training: Conduct technical training for clients (in-person or virtual) to ensure they can manage their digital assets effectively.</li>
</ul>
<h4>2. Internal Tech &amp; Systems Ownership</h4>
<ul>
<li>System Reliability: Ensure 100% uptime for internal portals and applications. Perform bug fixes and feature enhancements on existing company CRMs.</li>
<li>Email &amp; Access Management: Manage the full lifecycle of staff accounts and professional email accounts (setup, deletion, and advanced troubleshooting for spam, rerouting, and backups).</li>
<li>Asset Management: Monitor and track all network appliances, IT assets, software usage, and subscription licenses.</li>
<li>Data &amp; Insights: Maintain accurate client records in Google Sheets and develop automated reporting dashboards using Google Data Studio.</li>
</ul>
<h4>3. AI Integration &amp; Automation (Innovation)</h4>
<ul>
<li>Workflow Transformation: Audit internal business processes and implement AI tools/bots to automate repetitive administrative tasks and daily "heavy lifting."</li>
<li>Automated Trackers: Develop and maintain internal trackers with automated notification systems (e.g., email reminders for renewals) using Google Apps Script or AI agents.</li>
<li>Product Development: Participate in the new product development process from ideation to launch, providing technical feasibility insights and market analysis on competitor activity.</li>
</ul>
