Job Description

• To attend commissioning meetings with consultants, clients, main-con, sub-con etc.
• To spearhead the Testing & Commissioning during the testing, start-up, commissioning, and initial operation of all the elements of the assigned Projects in accordance with committed timelines and commissioning plan.
• Responsible for the required testing & commissioning instrumentation arrangements and making sure all required instrumentation is calibrated.
• Interface scheduling and coordination between all parties in the T&C stage of the project.
• Arrange for certified testers and ensure testers able to start work according to site requirements.
• Develop Construction Method Statement (CMS) for the T&C activity, including construction risk assessment, job hazard analysis, and ITP(Inspection & Test Plan)
• Ensure LOTO procedures are fully implemented and controlled according to Main contractor’s standard.
• Ensure all the test reports are verified and submitted into Client’s preferred platform, eg: CxAlloy, Compass, etc.
• Assist in preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, including adherence to company policies, site SHE rules, risk assessments, and applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience (Basic requirement for this position)

Diploma/Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 2 years experience in a related field.
