<li>To attend commissioning meetings with consultants, clients, main-con, sub-con etc.</li>
<li>To spearhead the Testing &amp; Commissioning during the testing, start-up, commissioning, and initial operation of all the elements of the assigned Projects in accordance with committed timelines and commissioning plan.</li>
<li>Responsible for the required testing &amp; commissioning instrumentation arrangements and making sure all required instrumentation is calibrated.</li>
<li>Interface scheduling and coordination between all parties in the T&amp;C stage of the project.</li>
<li>Arrange for certified testers and ensure testers able to start work according to site requirements.</li>
<li>Develop Construction Method Statement (CMS) for the T&amp;C activity, including construction risk assessment, job hazard analysis, and ITP(Inspection &amp; Test Plan)</li>
<li>Ensure LOTO procedures are fully implemented and controlled according to Main contractor’s standard.</li>
<li>Ensure all the test reports are verified and submitted into Client’s preferred platform, eg: CxAlloy, Compass, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, including adherence to company policies, site SHE rules, risk assessments, and applicable laws and regulations.</li>
