<ul>
<li>To assist Assistant Project Manager (APM), Project Manager (PM), Design Engineer (DE) in matters relating to the design and development of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.</li>
<li>To assist APM/PM in analyzing Electrical/Mechanical project specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to different teams.</li>
<li>To assist APM/PM in project scheduling, execution, documentation and tracking of all ongoing projects relating to Electrical/Mechanical works until completion.</li>
<li>To review the drawing specifications and making appropriate adjustments once the customer and their representative have seen them</li>
<li>To assist in conducting re-engineering of Electrical or Mechanical installation designs.</li>
<li>To co-ordinate with APM/PM, Project Executive (PE), Project Supervisor (PS) and Sub-Contractors on the progress of installation work in accordance to specific designs.</li>
<li>To conduct regular inspections on site installation works and report on any deviations to Electrical/ Mechanical design drawings that may occur.</li>
<li>To assist APM/PM/PE in scheduling Electrical project meetings and training sessions when necessary.</li>
<li>To work closely with APM/PM/PE in identifying Variations Order (VO).</li>
<li>To assist APM/PM/PE in ensuring that each project stays within the allocated budget and timeframe.</li>
<li>To assist in the preparation of Electrical/Mechanical shop drawings and as-built drawings.</li>
<li>To assist APM/PM/PE in keeping with the health and safety regulations compliance at the project site.</li>
<li>To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality System.</li>
<li>To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by the superior</li>
</ul>
