Our Mission and Vision

Responsibilities: To analyze CCK Membership Program Data to identify trends and customer segmentation; to track campaign performance and suggest optimizations to boost member engagement; to prepare regular reports and dashboards for management using Excel, Google Data Studio or other BI tools; to work closely with marketing, IT and retail teams to align data-driven insights; to help manage and clean membership databases to ensure accuracy and usability; to identify gaps and opportunities in the customer journey using analytics tools; and to support in planning personalized marketing based on member spending patterns and frequency. <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance / Applied Mathematics or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM3K and above.</li><li>Comfortable working in face paced retail / FMCG environment.</li><li>Experience in loyalty program / membership analysis and working with large customer datasets.</li><li>Possess strong analytical skills and excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Good presentation skill via data visualization is essential. Great interpersonal skills, highly motivated, independent and effective team player.</li></ul>
