Position Details

• Role: ZEEKR Client Advisor / TikTok Live Host & Content Specialist
• Location: IOI City Mall, Putrajaya
• Vacancies: Multiple Openings (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Live Hosting: Host interactive TikTok Live sessions directly from the IOI Putrajaya outlet, showcasing ZEEKR’s luxury EV lineup and smart features.
• Content Strategy: Create engaging lifestyle and vehicle tech content for TikTok and Instagram to drive footfall and online lead generation.
• High-Touch Sales: Provide a premium consultative experience for walk-in clients, managing test drives, personalized walkthroughs, and vehicle deliveries.
• Event Support: Participate in VIP client activations, mall roadshows, and launch events.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Articulate, poised, and confident on camera and in person.
• Experience in live streaming, social media creation, or luxury retail/automotive sales.
• Ability to translate complex tech and EV features into digestible, exciting content.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Valid Class D driving license.
• A passion to learn and explore new things
