Job Description

• Handle full set accounts and closing account.
• Maintain daily operations of accounting record and filing.
• Perform payment processing activities such as preparing banking transaction.
• Update listing on receivables, payables, fixed assets, and all related accounts schedule.
• Prepare monthly management report.
• Assist in annual budgeting plan.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agent and assist in audit planning and reports.
• Preparation and submission of tax estimate or revised tax estimate.
• Submission of income tax and compliance of tax regulation.
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial data.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Well versed in relation accountancy and finance related regulations and compliance to law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words.
• Knowledge in accounting system is an added advantage.
