Chailease Berjaya Credit is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for financial products (Vehicle financing / Motorcycle financing / Easy Payment) and expand our customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active exploration and networking.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Credit, Collection, Customer Service) to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Candidate with at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Working experiences in sales/marketing in financial institutions, credit company or leasing company will be added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a knack for closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Candidate with own transport and able to drive.
