About the Role
We are looking for a driven, coachable, and competitive Account Executive with hands-on sales experience to join
our sales team. You'll own the full sales cycle — running product demos, navigating healthcare decision-makers,
and closing new business — while working closely with our BDR team, who will hand you a steady pipeline of
qualified meetings. Whether you're an early-career seller with a couple years of experience or a recent grad who's
already proven you can sell, this is an opportunity to build a real closing track record inside a fast-paced healthcare
startup, with a clear path to becoming a top individual contributor or sales leader.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Run product demonstrations and discovery calls with prospective healthcare organizations sourced by our BDR team.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Own the full sales cycle from qualified meeting through close, including negotiation and contracting.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecasting revenue in the CRM.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop a deep understanding of Tile Health's product, the healthcare technology landscape, and our customers' needs.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Partner with BDRs, marketing, and customer success to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Represent Tile Health with professionalism and integrity in every prospect and customer interaction.</li>
